Good day all,

For tomorrow’s meeting, we will discuss the feature, UXPROD-4: User branch/location (https://issues.folio.org/browse/UXPROD-4). I need folks’ assistance with gathering requirements for this feature so I have created a Google Doc (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1GcXbW4k7N-Y3pTix_D2KmUTpVz3xTgXOiElHN-Sy1LQ/edit) that outlines the following:

• Service Point implementation. This feature was recently implemented and I think it may overlap or address the needs for this user branch/location feature.  
• Questions table. Please add your responses to this table.

If you have time, please add your feedback to the document prior to the meeting. If you do not have time, do not worry , we will also walkthrough this document at tomorrow’s meeting too.

Hi all,

First, some news on the historical data questionnaire:  I spoke with Sharon Beltaine, and the data migration subgroup would like just one copy of the form for the UM-SIG, so we can put institution-specific comments in the doc with notes for which institution it applies to.  Also, the deadline has been removed, so we don’t need to rush on this.  Let’s discuss it tomorrow.

We can probably also check in on the branch/location issue.
