Hi all,

First, some news on the historical data questionnaire:  I spoke with Sharon Beltaine, and the data migration subgroup would like just one copy of the form for the UM-SIG, so we can put institution-specific comments in the doc with notes for which institution it applies to.  Also, the deadline has been removed, so we don’t need to rush on this.  Let’s discuss it tomorrow.

We can probably also check in on the branch/location issue.
