With regards to 3, are you talking about the text for applying those blocks, or something else? I think RA should drive that feature, since they are the ones who would most actively use it, unless you are hearing
something different from the PO involved.

Subject: Proposed agenda for UM-SIG meeting, Feb. 3
Hello, all.
Here is my proposed agenda for Wednesday’s meeting. Please let me know if you have things you would like to add, or if there’s something you need to replace one of the agenda items here.
1.
We will check in on Erin’s document:
https://wiki.folio.org/display/UM/Requirements+for+Ongoing+Patron+Loading. I think it’s in all of our interests to put our requirements there, so that we know what we’re asking for when we make the feature request.
2.
Permissions and permissions sets. Cate Boerma made a Google Document here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IJnlWvi4k-wFatDNimx9fQ375evHSIIxtGMookHvs-I/edit#gid=2124315776
It outlines what would be contained in Immutable Permissions Sets for each module. These permissions sets are not atomic, which means that they are not the smallest discrete sets that can accomplish a task. Rather, they are basic sets of permissions that
will not be changed from one version of FOLIO to the next.
3.
Patron blocks. Should there be pre-set values? If so, what should they be? Should this be a joint discussion with other SIGs, such as Resource Access?
That is what I have for discussion topics this week. If you want to make changes, please let me know.
