Oh, and of course, any of the CAP plan jiras that people want to discuss that didn’t make it to the cap. Per the subject line.

Hi all,

Here are some possible agenda items for today, assuming we have a quorum.

If you are not able to attend, please chime in. If we have multiple people missing today, it may make sense to skip this meeting.

·         Writing user stories / features for deleting user records through the GUI

·         Reviewing requirements that have been created and attached for Custom Fields (UXPROD-33)

·         Feature request for notes on records being displayed in pop-up or other contexts. Note Steffi – because this involves the Check in and Check Out apps, this may end up needing to be a feature request for RA to manage.

·         Needs for PIN on user records, see what Jiras are existing, talk about requirements.

Maura, I’m so sorry. We’ll keep you updated.

Patty, do you have any discussion items for us? We can spend time going back through some of what we’ve been trying to keep track of. I think there are things like user stories for deleting users that we could work on.

I haven’t been able to move the fielded search question forward. I’m hoping to find time to make some demo records here at Duke later this week. None of the implementers, at least, had an environment with patrons loaded other than Chalmers, which we’ve already looked at with Patty.

Hi, all. I’m out of town at a funeral.  I apologize for not being in touch.

I don’t have an agenda for tomorrow’s meeting.  Please let me know how it goes.

Yah, I think the question right now is, are there other Jiras that we want to discuss / push back on the need for MVP.

Bjorn, I saw your Slack comment about PIN features – but I don’t think that’s MVP, is it?

Do others have Jiras that did not make cap-MVP for Users that they still need to have in CAP-MVP, and need discussion time for?

Hi all,

Holly wrote yesterday that SIGs can invite the Capacity Planning Team to their meetings this week if they have any "questions about the Capacity Planning Team responses in columns F and G of the Summary of MVP Responses (or the Additional Changes to MVP spreadsheet tab in the same spreadsheet)".

If there's a need, we could do it.

Hi all,

Part of what we are supposed to be doing this week is flagging UXPRODs that didn’t make the CAP MVP plan for any feedback or discussion.

Patty – I didn’t really understand the comment on UXPROD-242. I’m not sure I could win an argument to get it into the CAP plan, but I’d like to understand the CAP Team response.

There are other users jiras that didn’t make the CAP plan, so you all should look at it if you haven’t already.

I also know that concerns were raised at the RA SIG today about Custom Fields being pulled out of the CAP plan (UXPROD-33).
