Hi all,

 

I’m trying to find if there are feature requests related to two user management tasks that public services staff will need – freezing a patron record, and deleting a patron record.

 

Freezing would typically be if there is an error with incoming data from a feed system, and we know it’s an error and being worked on, and we don’t want it to impact a patron’s service.

 

Deleting is pretty obvious, I would think – for us, if a patron is inactive and has no loans or fines, we would delete their record after a period of inactivity. Perhaps that’s in the API but not in the GUI?

 

Anyone know if these features have been discussed?
