I took a pass through Jira before this email, but I may have missed something. Is there an open story / issue or has there been any discussion about the need to track circulation history and notice history on a user’s record?
The common scenario here is something about the patron contacting and complaining about a fine, and staff wanting to see what notices were sent to the patron and when. And many other scenarios where it is helpful to be able to start from
the user record, even if it may be possible to also start from the item.
