Since FOLIO is an open source project, what are your thoughts about applying for an open source project license for JProfiler.  The only ‘catch’ is that we’ll have to put up a text link with words “Java profiler” to their product page.  They should be able to process the request within 24 hours.

We are in need of a profiling tool to help with resolving the performance issues.  We decided on JProfiler b/c there are a couple of developers on the project who are already familiar with the tool.

Yourkit is another profiling tool, which has the same offer.

Generally speaking, it might be useful for us to have a tools page on the dev.folio.org site with pointers to different tools used on the project.
