Please have a look at this requirements document for the planned FOLIO NCIP Module, put together by Michelle Suranofsky:

Michelle will be the PO for the development of the FOLIO NCIP Module and will join our meeting on Friday.

Also, the question has been raised whether SIP2 support is also needed. We should also dicsuss that.
