yes, this is correct. No, I didn't ask anyone yet.I have a recurring calendar event "Sys Ops & Mgt SIG" sent by Michael Winkler in my mailbox. I used the feature "propose new time" of my email program on that event. This is all what I did. I have never used that feature before.Yes, please change the zoom schedule. My concern was to change the calendar events and I don't know how to do this. I mean, they have to be changed in everyone's (sys-ops group) mailbox. Can the person who sent the calendar event do that ?Apart from the event sent by Michael, I have sent recurring calendar events to all people who joined the SysOps SIG after Michael sent the event, and these also all have to be changed.Another question is, until when should the event re-occur. I think a practicle way is to send everyone an event which ends on Dec 31st (also people which might join e.g. in November). Then one can send a new event to all at the beginning of the new year, again until Dec 31st. --- I am saying this because I sent new participant events which last for one year - so they all end at different times. This is very impracticle if it comes to renewing them. Also, I send the calendar events from my email program. I know there is a way to send them directly from Zoom, as a logged in Zoom user. But I was not able to do this --- maybe Michael can send the new events ??- Ingolf

I will see if I can change the zoom schedule, unless you have already asked someone else to do it.
