I'd say update the ones I put up there. We can hash out a final version later and working from a single one will be easier than trying to consolidate multiples. I have put edit permissions on the files. Please let me know if you have any problems with them.

I have started having conversations around here about data for migration, but will be traveling next meeting. Would you want me update these with some additional items, or create separate lists?

I have taken Tod's suggestion and put them on the Google Drive

Here's the link to SysOps: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7-0x1EqPZQKdkg1dUQwM1hhUUE

You can migrate down to the Data Migration Subgroup from there ( Sys_Ops_mgmt_SIG/Data_Migration_Subgroup.)

You could put them in Google Drive with public view or comment permissions and link to to them. Then they could be added to without having multiple versions accumulate in discuss.

Another option might be to create a page in the wiki and link to the page.

I'm sending this to the list because I wasn't sure I could embed spreadsheets into the discuss.folio.org page. Attached are 2 preliminary attempts at putting together the kind of spreadsheets we were talking about on Monday.

I created the data based on our review so far of what we (Texas A&M) might want to migrate out of Voyager. The two spreadsheets contain the same data, just formatted (paged) differently. The record_types_by_category would probably be easier to take to the SIGS, since it is divided by data types, but the record_types_by_system gives a fuller picture, I think, of what would be involved in migrating from any given system. I threw in 1 link to a JSON definition on github just to show what it would be like.

Anyway, for your consideration and possible discussion at the next meeting. Tomorrow I'm going to see how I could get it into discuss.folio.org
