I would suggest that we keep the original time.  If the SIG conveners are expetected to join the PC once per month, we can either cancel the SysOps SIG meeting that week, or look for an alternate time for that week (which might be easier than finding an alternate time that always works for everyone).

We can always revisit after a few months and try again for a non-conflicting time.

Dear SysOps group,
conerning the date and time of our first meeting in 2018 - and subsequent regular meetings - the situation is not so clear.
According to the Doodle poll, only the original Thursday 10 AM EST time works without key experts not being able to take part.
The time might be slightly shifted earlier towards 09:30 EST.
The PC meeting is from 09:30 to 11 EST, so it will overlap by one full hour in both cases.
I don't see any way out at the moment, not even if the meeting is scheduled still later (say, at 11 EST on Thursdays).

Is it an option to shift the time of the PC meeting ?

Best,
Ingolf
