Hi Reporting SIG!  As promised, I have updated the notes from today’s meeting to include filters (aka queries, reports) so you can see lists of the reporting-related JIRA issues.  I have also included instructions for making these filters readily available when you login to JIRA.   This information is also pasted below in case you don’t feel like going back to the meeting notes.  J

Holly has created 6 shared filters (aka queries, reports) in JIRA:

• Reporting: All issues with key "Rep-"
• Reporting: All issues with label "appreport"
• Reporting: All issues with label of "reporting"
• Reporting: Open issues with key "Rep-"
• Reporting: Open issues with label "appreport"
• Reporting: Open issues with label "reporting"

To make these 6 shared filters readily accessible when you log into JIRA, please follow these steps:

1. Go to https://issues.folio.org/ (if you aren't already logged in to JIRA, use the same login that you use to login to this wiki)
2. Select Manage filters from Issues drop-down menu
3. Click on Search option in the left-hand column
4. Type "Reporting" in the Search box and press the Search button
5. The 6 filters listed above will appear
6. Click on the white star to the left of each filter name, turning the star gray
7. Now when you select the Issues drop-down menu you should see these 6 filters with the FILTERS section, making them easy to find and use
