We ran out of time when you mentioned this at the end of the meeting.  Just for the sake of clarity: for reports coming out of the data warehouse, I don't think product owners are defining the specifications the individual reports.  Rather, as we discussed today, the core teams are creating the mechanism by which reports could be created.
