I think the Word documents that can be edited socially in google drive (i.e. by several editors, and are not copied) are the ones with the document symbol to the left.

I suggest we all use the document owned by Doreen which is of that kind.

Maybe, George, in order to avoid confusion, could you remove the document owned by you (the one with the W to the left) - sorry about that.
