Hi everyone.  I accidentally deleted the Reporting SIG meetings for the next two weeks, and then I put them back in.  (The Privacy SIG has decided not to meet for the next two weeks, and I was on the wrong calendar.)  

As Ingolf points out, when you are logged into the wiki the times will display in the time zone set in your profile.  You can change the time zone here:  https://wiki.folio.org/users/editmysettings.action

Otherwise the meeting times are in UTC.  I don't think there is a way to add the display of the time zone to the meeting information, but I'll look.

My apologies for the confusion.

Hello Lydia,

I observed the same thing (1:00 - 2:00) just a minute ago an then clicked "refresh" in my browser.
Now it reads "3:00 PM - 4:00 PM" (which is 9 AM - 10 AM EST) - as it was yesterday.
I think it was not Peters intention to change the meeting time.
I also received a series of emails, and the ones in which Peter created a meeting indicate that it is from 9 - 10 AM EST.

I just received a series of emails indicating Peter Murray changed the time of some of our upcoming meetings, then removed some of them.
 
When I look at our Meeting and Notes page and click on the upcoming meetings on the right side the time is currently listed as 1:00 – 2:00. It appears this change affects all future meetings.
 
 
Peter, can you clarify what is happening here? It was my understanding that meetings need to be scheduled in the morning so European members can join. Also, I have no idea how many current members can come from 1 – 2… reviewing my calendar I see several conflicts. What’s up?
