Hi everyone,
Between March and June of 2022, we’ll be trying out a new system where we alternate the times of the Reporting SIG meetings. Our CET-friendly meeting will continue to occur on Mondays at 10am Eastern time, but we will only be meeting at that time on 2nd and 4th Mondays. We will be adding a new meeting time of 2pm Eastern on 1st and 3rd Thursdays, which we hope will allow more people from Pacific and Mountain time zones to participate in SIG meetings. We expect to duplicate content between the two meeting times.
I have sent Outlook invitations to people who have been attending SIG or development team meetings recently. If anyone else on this list would like to be included in either of the meetings, just let me know and I’m happy to add you.
The new schedule will begin on Monday, March 14. I will continue to send notices of the meeting agendas a day or two before each meeting. We hope this change will help broaden participation in the Reporting SIG, but we will revisit the arrangement in June and see how it’s working.
