Reporting SIG,
Zoom has accelerated the pace at which they are putting passwords on all Zoom meetings. For more information, see https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360041408732. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY there are passwords on all Open Library Foundation project meetings.

This means that we will be entering passwords for our Reporting SIG Zoom calls starting with our meeting on Monday, April 6 at 9am ET.

You will be prompted for the password as you join a meeting. Please share the meeting password with others, but do not post it next to Zoom meeting URLs (e.g., don't put the password next to the https://zoom.us/j/xxxxxxxxxx links). The goal of these passwords is to raise a small barrier to counter the "Zoom-bombing" that is occurring with open Zoom meetings. We don't want to limit participation in Foundation projects...just prevent internet trolls from disrupting meetings. If you have any questions, please email Peter Murray at peter@indexdata.com.

All the best,
Sharon
