Hi Reporting SIG!  I checked the JIRA permissions and did indeed find a mistake with the editing permission.  It has been fixed.  Anyone logged in to a JIRA account can add and edit a REP-###  issue.  If you can’t add an issue, it’s probably because you aren’t logged in.  See below for details about permissions.

The “group” I mentioned at this morning’s meeting is not related to permissions.  It’s called “reporting-notifications” and is the group that receives notifications when a new JIRA issue is added to the Reporting JIRA project.  I think it’s a good idea to be a member of this group so you know about new reports that you may want to add your institution’s name to.

Current “reporting-notifications” group members are:

Please let me know if you want to be added to the “reporting-notifications” group.

One thing I forgot to mention today is that if a report is added that is deemed an in-app report, after discussion with the reporter it will be moved from the Reporting JIRA project to the UXPROD JIRA project.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Holly
