Reporting SIG,

Holly, Nassib, and I met this morning to review the Reporting Features for Ranking spreadsheet. The bad news is that we have changed the spreadsheet. The good news is that you have fewer items to rank!  ; )

Quite simply, you no longer need to rank the items on rows 2-14 of this spreadsheet. We added notes in the Comments column for clarification on each of these issues. We also add "Do not rank" for these issues in the Ranking Column for each institution. The LDP reference implementation issues (under Epic UXPROD-1128) are Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), which do not get ranked. Items categorized as "Mandatory" also do not get ranked. The Reporting Feature Requests (under Epic UXPROD-1128) need more definition before we can rank them, so we are excluding them from this round of Gap Analysis. The "Reporting: Analytics and Audit Data Logging for External Reporting" issues (under Epic UXPROD-330) have been redefined as NFR and Mandatory. The "Reporting: Build Misc Functionality to Support Reporting" issues (under Epic UXPROD-943) have also been redefined as NFR and Mandatory.

Please DO continue to rank the items on lines 15-62 for each of your institutions. The feature UXPROD-1244 (under Epic UXPROD-1319) covers ALL Data Warehouse Reports, so if you have even just one data warehouse report needed at Go Live, we recommend you rank this feature as needed for "Go Live." The rest of the issues are In-App Reports (under Epic UXPROD-867) in the various functional areas, so it will help to coordinate your analyses with reps from those areas at your school.

All the best,
Sharon
