Huh -- that is an interesting idea.  What do others think?  It would be a panel-type discussion, so not much that anyone would have to prepare for, I think.

Hmm -- that is a pretty compelling case.  Looking back at the meeting notes (https://wiki.folio.org/display/FACILITATORS/2018-08-22+Forum+Facilitators+Meeting+notes) it seems that we have a couple of choices:

1. Do nothing until September 26th
2. Put the "Beyond ILS" session back on September 12th
3. Put the panel discussion of vendor partners on September 12th

Thoughts?

The plan for the Q3, 2018 release on October 1 is:

* September 14th - Feature freeze. No additional release stories pulled after this point.
* September 17th - Beginning of hardening sprint (sprint 47)
Everything that needs to be manually tested will be available in snapshot or snapshot-stable on the 17th including work submitted by external teams
* September 21st - Tagging of the Q3 release and all release stories must be reviewed by this point
