In terms of calendar since we already have a calendar for all FOLIO events, not sure it is as critical.

GRRRR, no.  This is another place where the API is different from the web UI.  I'll file a ticket.  (I've already got a ticket open to get the iCal file from the API so we can easily build a calendar of scheduled meetings.  That, too, is something you can get from the web UI but not the API.)

Sure…it is called “Restrict number of Registrants”. Alternatively, if you can’t find how to turn it off in the API, can you set the restrict number to something higher…say, 250?

Michael: do you see something in the Zoom web user interface that sets a limit on the number of registrations?  I can't find one in the API (https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/zoom-api/webinars/webinarcreate) that I've been using to create the webinars.

On a related note, I created the registration link for the ReShare forum on April 24:

I cannot find a default setting for this. So, when we set up a webinar, we will need to remember to _manually_ set it to “no limit on registrations”.

Hi!

I wanted to make sure that the settings for registration for upcoming FOLIO Forums have been changed so that there is no limit for registrations. Since we know that about half of those who register don’t attend, unless we get over 200 registrations, we should be fine 😊

Thanks!

Rachel
