Hey, all.  Streaming a Zoom webinar to YouTube is as straight forward as the instructions make it out to be.  That is the good news.  Some caveats:

1. One doesn't know the URL of the stream before the stream starts, so there isn't a way to send a URL in advance to the stream.  I recommend we send a message to the registrants that directs people to the Open Library Foundation YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/OpenLibraryFoundation); that page will highlight a link to the livestream when it is running.

2. Even though the "Practice Session" mode of Zoom might be set, the YouTube stream sends the video of the participants.  So we will definitely have to watch what we say when the streaming starts, even if we are in Practice Session mode.

Michael: I don't know if Zoom allows a way to contact all webinar registrants through its web interface.  (There doesn't seem to be a way to do so through the API interface.)  If it doesn't, we'll need to figure out a way to send the YouTube channel URL to the registrants.

Right now we have 159 people registered for the webinar.
