Hi folks,

I also added these notes from Khalilah on some updates to the e-holdings app:

Just a few updates

-          Eholdings app team did update mod-codex-ekb to support boolean/exact phrase/nested operators

-          I have met with Chalmers to determine a.) fields needed to manage electronic resources in FOLIO and b.) current use of Notes. Today/tomorrow, I hope to outline the information I have collected in a document just need some time to do it.

-          Eholdings app team met with Charlotte to discuss Inventory’s expectations for a KB to update container records. I have additional questions for her to ensure I have good understanding of the workflow. Also I will need to schedule a meeting with Dennis to discuss requirements.

Subject: [folio-rm-t] Agenda for 11/2/2018 meeting

Hello everyone,

The Resource Management SIG will meet on Friday, November 2, 2018, at 8:30 EDT: https://wiki.folio.org/display/RM/2018-11-02+Meeting+notes

We will return to the container use cases. Additionally, there is a Discuss post requesting feedback for the eUsage app: https://discuss.folio.org/t/eusage-requirements-for-e-resource-usage-statistics/2189. Annika Schroeer from the University of Leipzig, is responsible for this app, and did a demo at the last ERM subgroup meeting. Please take a look, and if you have questions, we can leave a little time for discussion at the end or you can post them straight to Discuss.

I’ll be running 5-10 minutes late, so Dennis and Anne-Marie, please get started and I’ll join in.

Here are some brief announcements: There was no PC meeting this week, so no updates there. There is a Sprint Review 48 & 49  Slide deck  & Recording if you are interested in seeing the latest developments. A small group of us have been having some ongoing talks about requirements for ERM/RM, and are in the midst of a technical discussion. More information may be coming out within the ERM subgroup, and I’ll also keep the larger group appraised.

Finally, as a reminder, we are in the weird period where the US (and I believe Canada) is on Daylights Savings but Europe is not. So check your local time.

Kristin
