Hi folks,

Here’s the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting: https://wiki.folio.org/display/RM/2018-04-13+Meeting+notes

Dennis is out this week, so we won’t have a major update for acquisitions. Khalilah said she will have an update on e-holdings next week, but in the meantime, here’s a summary of work done to date in that area:

eHoldings app update

- Backend work: Last two sprints focus has been on backend work to support custom defined fields, provider and package tokens, proxy assignment, and search within a list of packages and titles

- Frontend/UI work: Added Coverage Statement field

- Frontend/ UI work: Provider Detail Record: Search within list of packages should be complete and available on the UI by April 19th

- Next two sprints – team will work on the following features

-- Custom Package: (Allows a user to create and add a Package to his/her holdings)

-- Custom Title: (Allows a user to create and add a Title to his/her holdings)

- Goal is to complete Custom Package and Custom Title functionality by mid-May

Wolf Con – Submitted a session to review some of the use cases noted in the eHoldings Integration Use Case document.

Also, there is a question that popped up on Discuss, coming out of the Metadata SIG: Bib records required in Inventory to Create Orders?

I have some things to say regarding this (just keep getting interrupted every time I start to write), and want to make sure others on the RM SIG and the ERM subgroup can weigh in as well.

Thanks,

Kristin
