I added documentation for two specifications for licenses that we had developed for the Kuali OLE system. Obviously some of the information in there isn’t relevant, but I think we had some good ideas for how to associate licenses with particular objects, and the critical terms to track. There was previous work in the project trying to support the workflow for license negotiation, but that got a little wacky and specific to some of the OLE functionality, so I don’t think that will be useful. I think negotiation management can probably occur using the workflow app and the email integration app.
