For our next three meetings, we agreed to spend some time focusing on the renewal workflow and its relation to ongoing orders. We have had previous discussions on renewals multiple times during the course of Resource Management discussions. I have tried to bring together background documents from various meetings over time, as well as put together a set of questions to explore. I have put this together in a Google Document: As I haven't been to every meeting, there are likely things I've missed. I encourage everyone to add additional content as well as questions to be answered.
