In the meeting today we had a discussion about a “Type” field on Agreement. During the call we said this would be supported and automatically populated. However, reviewing after the call Gill and I realised that this was *not* the case.

The “Type” field is something that will be supported on E-Resource records where the data is provided by the relevant external knowledgebase (so will be populated ‘automatically’ in the sense it will either be provided or not depending on the data available from the knowledgebase). However, we do not currently intend to support Type field on the Agreement - but rather institutions will be able to use Folio “tags” to classify agreements if they want to.

As I said in the call, it would be really helpful to us if you can keep any interaction with this document to Comments only in order that we keep the document clean and an accurate reflection of what we currently plan to support.
