I decided to try using Discuss for the loan policy questions I had.  Let's see how this goes.  If it proves too much or too confusing for non RA-SIG members who may be reading, I will revert to email.

Can you please take a look at the post at your earliest convenience?  These items are already in development, so a prompt reply would be much appreciated.  There is a lot of background in the post but really just two questions which I think should be pretty simple to answer (famous last words).
