Subject: Recalled Items aging to lost Christian Matz 22 Jul 2020 09:05 EDT

Hi everyone,

It's not a (big) feature at Marburg University Library - but perhaps
we're an outlier as well. If a recalled item is lost we just change
the item status to "vermisst/Verlust" (lost) in the catalogue. Point.

The patron has to make good the damage for the library (aka buying another
copy). If he's ready to do that we don't even exclude him from using the
library.

Really not a big thing here.

Hope that I have got it ;-)

Kind regards,

Christian Matz
