Dear Resource Access SIG,

Hi!  I have set up a brief survey at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1HSxIgb6wfTq67FC5T8FIncQsyTibltDTYmcO5oRDEHQ/edit?usp=sharing with some questions about transferring fees/fines and tax/vat on fees/fines.  There is a column for answers by institution.  This should only take about 5-10 minutes to complete and will be a big help for me.
