Hi RA SIG!  I have attached the requirements, questions, mock-ups, etc. for automated fees/fines (which I was discussing with you when the fire alarm went off) and refund fees/fines (which I want to discuss next).   After that we will move into lost item processing (including patron providing a replacement copy) and transferring fees/fines (including discussions about ad hoc running of  transfer process and working with collection agencies).
