Dear RA-SIG,

as I might not be able to attend today’s meeting, I use this way of communicating perhaps important requirements:

·         State laws/rules on handling finances in the public sector require certain functionality to be able to connect cash flow with its originating event in either direction (cash <> event).

·         This also includes information about who (staff, batch job, program) caused or entered it. This could be an additional column in the wireframe.

·         These rules supersede GDPR!

·         But, not everyone should have permissions to see the column or be able to generate reports on  it.

·         They also require a proof of current permissions (for staff) at any point in time – another topic…

If you have any questions, just let me know and I will be happy to answer them.

Yours,

  Carsten
