If you have a moment today, please edit the
lost/missing spreadsheet I’ve set up with how you currently refer to these statuses. I’ve set up different columns for each institution, but if I’ve left yours out, please add your own.
Feel free to add comments/notes either on cells or below the main rows of the spreadsheet if you need to explain further, especially if the way your current system addresses statuses around lost and missing items makes life difficult. If
your system uses the same status to refer to different descriptions in the spreadsheet, just enter that status for each row where it applies, and I’ll be able to figure out what’s going on.
