Fellow Consortia Folks,

Cate sent me the PO job description that FOLIO uses for selecting POs.  I underestimated the time commitment involved.  Cate says that most POs should be at least 25% but she would expect that the Consortia PO would need to commit at least 50% because of the complexity and the overlap with almost every other SIG and the coordination needed with the other POs.

We’ve been successful in finding POs for all the other areas, so I’m sure if we beat the bushes we can round someone up for Consortia.  Or maybe wait for some other development area to wrap up?
