Here’s the OCLC deflection rules document I shared earlier. Probably not how we’d want to do it but it may give us some useful ideas. Sebastian asked about
materials that might not be loaned outside the local institution. OCLC has some categories such as cost of the item, age of the item, and format (AV, for instance). Locally there would also be items tied to certain locations, such as the Reserve shelf.
